On a regular basis I used to prayer walk on Bukit Kiara. It used to have a well surfaced road to walk on through the hill, but there was a time when they cut it up for some water pipe laying. It made the walking a bit challenging as you avoided the pot holes and construction debris. But eventually the road was wonderfully restored. Beautifully leveled and tarred.
Jeremiah 30:10
‘Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob,’ says the Lord,
Nor be dismayed, O Israel;
For behold, I will save you from afar,
And your seed from the land of their captivity.
Jacob shall return, have rest and be quiet,
And no one shall make him afraid.
Jeremiah in this chapter speaks of the Jewish people being restored to their promised land. Yes, much healing is needed for seemingly incurable wounds but for God nothing is impossible. He will restore. Wait on Him. Yes, with the Lord nothing is impossible. He will restore. Lost money. Lost opportunities. Lost promotions. Come back to Him and let Him do the rest. That has been my experience.
Father, there are many seeking restoration, including those reading this post. Please give them the same assurance of restoration as you gave me.
