In my thirty years of corporate life, I have been in some tough board meetings. These were mostly in my days as a management consultant. The toughest meeting was one that was filled with politicians. In reflection of that, it is clear that politicians will always be in conflict when they have to manage a corporation that has either a strong profit motivation or manages funds outside the purview of the elected legislative arm of the government. Everyone has an agenda and their humanness shows up. Paul addressed the same thing with the church in Ephesus.
