Did you ever experience a leadership crisis where the people you are leading revolt against you. I have seen this happen in at least two occasions. They were truly great learning experiences. Both crisis ended positively. Moses had similar challenges. Numbers 16:3, They gathered together against Moses and Aaron, and said to them, “You take too much upon yourselves, for all the congregation is holy, every one of them, and the Lord is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of the Lord?” As you read the chapter you will realize that it was 2 very eventful days where many died for their rebellion. About 15,000 people died in those 2 days. Moses was always seeking for God to act mercifully, but justice was demonstrated to show the consequences of moving against God's ways.
