When things do not go the way you wish, you get frustrated, disappointed, or depressed. I urge you to not give up. The matter that is causing this is not worth processing in the mind or the heart. It is best to seek help. Help is best sought from family. This is God's design. But in today's world, this may not be an option for many. We need God.
Daniel 2:46-47
Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, prostrate before Daniel, and commanded that they should present an offering and incense to him. The king answered Daniel, and said, “Truly your God is the God of gods, the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since you could reveal this secret.

This is King Nebuchadnezzar, the greatest king of the time and he fell on his face, prostrate before Daniel. This sounds almost like the story of Joseph before Pharaoh but this time Daniel needed the Lord to tell him what the dream of the king was and interpret it. Daniel was given the rule of Babylon. And he had 3 brothers to support him. The king praised Daniel's God. Simply amazing. But Daniel had to seek God for help.
Are you in a tight spot? Don't know what to do. Faced with a situation of a godless boss or leader, or one that worships other gods or things. Or worse, you feel the whole world is collapsing around you. Seek the Lord for wisdom and strength. He has never failed. Joseph and Daniel are examples in history that I look to for present day situations. I am humbly doing the same.
Where does my help come from? Psalm 121:1-2 says, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth."
Father, I know my help comes from You.
