Speaking with boldness does not come naturally for me. I was a very quiet person in school and did not mix much. My parents were conservative when it came to me and my siblings going out after school or spending time with friends. But God through His own way built a boldness and ability that has allowed me to be able to speak to thousands and perhaps hundreds of thousands through various media platforms. I am grateful to be able to do this blog and speak to you as well. But the message that God has for you is clear. He wants you to return to Him. And I need to be the mouthpiece to tell you.
Ezekiel 3:10-11
Moreover He said to me: “Son of man, receive into your heart all My words that I speak to you, and hear with your ears. And go, get to the captives, to the children of your people, and speak to them and tell them, ‘Thus says the Lord God,’ whether they hear, or whether they refuse.”
Ezekiel was proclaimed a watchman for the people of Israel. A watchman in days of old warned of impending danger. They usually sat or stood in a tower that had a good 360 degree view of the surrounding areas. Ezekiel was to warn Israel of their ways that were against God and the need for them to repent. He was also to speak to the righteous and ensure they did not go into sin. If Ezekiel did not do this, the blood of the people of Israel would be on his head.
I now share boldly His ways and the need to follow Him as no man comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ. He is the truth, the way, and the life. Father, I will demonstrate and present the good news of the Gospel.
