We live in a world where electricity and water are taken as a given. We feel it immediately when either of these are down. There is almost no back-up. You need both. They are essential for modern (and especially city) living. I am typing away at my computer this morning. However, before I could do this, I needed water to freshen up, and electricity to operate this computer. But still there is something (or someone) more essential.
