Do you believe in the supernatural? The dictionary uses the word unnatural to explain this word, and attributes this to God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil. Personally, when I was a Hindu, I observed many supernatural things. A woman speaking with a man's voice. My cousin having her tongue pierced and needing no medical attention. People walking on fire with bare feet and not having their feet burned. But the greatest supernatural activity is by God himself.
2 Chronicles 5:13-14, indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
The glory of God was so intense that everyone had to step away. Does God still do this? How does He do it? Will He do it with you? Personally, I have not seen a place filled with cloud as described in this passage. However, I have been in many situations where I have sensed His presence with many jumping or weeping with joy. In a number of occasions I have sensed the Lord standing in our midst giving me that sense of peace and comfort. This is what I call a personal God where His presence does not give fear, but love, joy and peace.
Father, I want to recognize your presence with me at all times.
