No matter what the situation or who is right, it is always important to keep your composure and speak less. Arguments get you no where. They will only escalate the problem and bring you or your organization to a point of no return or recovery.
Proverbs 29:11
A fool vents all his feelings,
But a wise man holds them back.
Proverbs 29 gives further truths about the benefits of walking in God's ways. Truly there is life and the people are glad when they are with people who are righteous. These views are repeated here.
Verse 25 says, "The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe." In my daily affairs I need to remind myself about this. Yes, I am safe in the Lord. Whatever happens, the Lord is with me. Verse 26 continues in the same vein, "Many seek the face of a ruler, but it is from the Lord that a man gets justice." Do not look elsewhere. Look to the Lord.
Father, help me always look to You.
