Set boundaries

If someone wants to do wrong and wants to conceal it, they will use great creativity to hide it. This includes committing adultery. Some reading this may feel what is a little flirt here and there. It has major repercussions for anyone that wants to build a Godly relationship. God took this seriously with the people of Israel while they were in the wilderness.

Numbers 5:27, When he has made her drink the water, then it shall be, if she has defiled herself and behaved unfaithfully toward her husband, that the water that brings a curse will enter her and become bitter, and her belly will swell, her thigh will rot, and the woman will become a curse among her people.

If a man suspects his wife to be unfaithful or jealous of her he can bring her to the priest and this process will allow the question marks to go away rather than be allowed to linger. God will make the water have an effect that only can come from Him after the woman had sworn her faithfulness to her husband. This showed God's way of dealing with the people of Israel to keep them correct always as His chosen people.

You may feel this harsh, but it is like a good parent who predetermines the boundaries and consequences for a child that does wrong or crosses those boundaries. It is for their own good. It also puts a standard to be followed by the whole family.

Father, help me take sin seriously. I cannot keep doing things that are wrong. Your Holy Spirit has empowered me to do the right.

Heavenly courage and capability

Anybody reading this belongs to the military or was in the military? I commend you if you were. Whatever reason you were part of the military, it takes great courage to perform your role. "Being Ready" cannot wait

Ready for the end of the world? Ready for death? I am sure many reading this are indifferent to this question. You don't care. But if you care about what you eat each day. You care about who you meet. You care about your health. And perhaps, you even care about people, your community and/or the environment. Then, you are avoiding the question about being ready for the most important event of your life, because you don't know the answer. John writes about this in Revelations. Where does my help come from?

When things do not go the way you wish, you get frustrated, disappointed, or depressed. I urge you to not give up. The matter that is causing this is not worth processing in the mind or the heart. You will look good

In today's world many are not happy with how they look naturally. They do everything possible to get it "right". Some of these include almost permanent changes that affects their bodies for the rest of their lives. This includes tattoos. I am not going to saying anything about this but we need to be careful about the agenda of people that do these things. There is something better. Revelation 22:4, They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. How God's name is going to be on our foreheads, I am not sure. But it would be like wearing a uniform of an organization that you are very proud of, and want to be associated with publicly. There will also be the tree of life. There will be no more pain.
